This light cannot be easily "seen" by plants, allowing for critical tasks to be performed in the grow rooms during the dark cycle without the light adversely affecting the growth stage of the plant.

The obligations of Grow Pros Solutions under this Warranty are limited to the following:
Options for Remedy: Grow Pros Solutions may, at its sole discretion and within a reasonable timeframe, choose to:
- Repair the defective Product.
- Replace the defective Product with one that may have minor design or specification deviations that do not affect its functionality, which may be new or refurbished.
No Extension of Warranty Period: Repairs, replacements, or remedies will not extend or renew the applicable Warranty Period.
Reasonable Costs: If a Product or its components are returned and determined not to have a defect covered by this Warranty, Grow Pros Solutions reserves the right to charge the Customer for reasonable costs incurred in testing, freight, and handling.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND HOW TO CLAIM
To make a valid claim under this Warranty, the Customer must:
- Notify the Company of their intent to claim within the warranty period in writing.
- A completed warranty claim form with sufficient evidence is required for any warranty claim. Please contact Grow Pros Solutions (GPS) for the warranty claim form.
- Provide a detailed description of the defect, proof of purchase, and any additional documentation as requested.
- Clear pictures of the issue are sufficient for most claims.
- Video evidence may be requested for some issues.
- All submitted photos and videos must clearly display the product's serial number. Blurry or incomplete images may result in claim denial.
- Customers are required to return the product to Grow Pros Solutions for further inspection if the defective product needs additional evaluation.
- If deemed necessary, customers are requested to consent to and collaborate with Grow Pros Solutions for an on-site inspection to assess the cause of the issue.
- Products must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. Any Products determined by the Company to be ineligible for coverage under this Warranty will be returned at the Customer’s expense.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of discovering the defect.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and bears the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Grow Pros Solutions does not accept chargebacks under any circumstances.
